Change Citizen Behaviour for Waste

Innovate4India is a Section 8 Not-for-profit Company that aims to promote innovation in areas where India requires it. Our vision is for our research department to investigate existing solutions to India’s most pressing issues and conduct pilot implementations.

Additionally, our center of excellence will provide training and capacity building services for the successful implementation of pilot programs on a larger scale. All of our solution implementations are carried out with a high level of citizen engagement.

Our Vision

Innovate4India has a vision of zero landfill. We believe every time of waste must have a scientific disposal solution, we take a layering approach from high to low quantum's of different types of waste.

Our Mission

Innovate4india is a social enterprise which is constantly researching gaps in waste management systems in cities, towns and villages to implement processes and pilot solutions that can resolve on-ground challenges. We work in close tandem with municipal corporations, nagarpalikas and gram panchayats to improve overall waste management systems - from generation to disposal.

Gram Panchayats

Baseline to understand current situation, Training and capacity building of waste chain workers, IEC and BCC activities for at source segregation and waste fires, Mapping of Garbage Vulnerable Points and decentralised or centralised system setting for entire waste management process.

Corporates

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee engagement activities related to waste management and Swachhta under the Swachh Bharat Mission. Establish a proper system with a self-sustainable model for waste management in industries. Conduct a feasibility study for any waste-related project.

Awareness programmes, IEC and BCC campaigns, sustainable waste management of domestic waste

Mall & Commercial Buildings

Setting up a waste management system for bulk waste generators as per the Solid Waste Management Rules (2016), through innovative ideation and implementation.
